Phase 1
Ignition: Development of Your Business Readiness Framework

What:
A Business Readiness Framework

Goal:
To develop a comprehensive, customized Business Readiness Framework that will become the foundation of your company’s overarching strategic framework on which your entire business rests.  We will do this collaboratively in 9 segments with your organization, starting with a 1 to 1 1/2 day facilitated planning session. Milestones and approvals will be set up for each segment. Upon completion, your organization will have an integrated, front-to-back actionable roadmap with which to move forward.

Deliverable:
The Business Readiness Kit will provide detailed strategic recommendations addressing the following mission-critical business areas: 1) Situational analysis and market dynamics; 2) Strategic framework/defining the options; 3) Opportunity development; 4) Market offer development considerations; 5) Financial assumptions, plans and projections; 6) Customer experience considerations; 7) Strategic marketing plan; 8) Sales development plan; 9) Leadership and staffing resource plan.

Phase 2
Calibration: Creation of Your Communications Platform

What:
Creation of your messaging & positioning platform, the overarching communications blueprint for how you will present your organization to the market.

Goal:
To create the communications framework necessary to convey your story in a compelling manner so prospects can rapidly understand what you do, what makes you different, and how you can help them.

Deliverable:
Summary document that contains key elements of your messaging and positioning platform including competitive matrix; brand “bulls-eye” assessment; new positioning statement; the key messages you need to convey to the market; tagline; boilerplate statement; elevator pitch; recommended brand personality for the company.

Phase 3
Catalyst: Development of Your Visual Branding Architecture

What:
Creation of a customized branding architecture to visually differentiate you from your competitors

Goal:
To establish the proper "look and feel" and framework to carry your company's story to market visually in an attractive, compelling manner.

Deliverable:
The visual blueprint depicting how your company's new brand will  look when applied to key marketing tools. This conceptual blueprint will establish the look and feel of all your materials going forward, providing the guidelines that all your marketing communications tools and materials will follow, from the website, to sales collateral to white papers and more.

Phase 4
Overdrive: Creation of Your 1-Year Tactical Marketing & Sales Plan

What:
Creation of a 1-year plan that outlines the specific sales and marketing programs, tactics and initiatives that your organization needs to implement in order to grow, based on your available implementation budget.

Goal:
Gives you the plan to take your new strategic framework “to the street” so your organization can begin to implement programs designed to increase awareness, establish/raise the credibility of your company and its solutions, and effectively qualify and attract prospects into your sales pipeline.

Deliverable:
Comprehensive, phased, prioritized and calendarized 1-year sales and marketing plan, including an estimated budget to implement it.
